ima try this recipe but instead of white flour im replacing it with white spelt flour, instead of brown and white sugar i'm using date sugar and agave powder, baking soda is okay ill just find a clean version of it, and salt i'm using redmond real salt, bananas are cool, im using plain nonfat greek yogurt, im replacing the 2 eggs with 7g of aquafaba and 35ml of water, replacing vegetable oil with chosen avocado oil, vanilla extract is cool just make sure it doesn't have bad ingredients like sugar

I use the microwave but not as long. It’s hard for me to push those things off, so what I did was I cut off both ends and rolled it kinda like a burrito and all the silks came off! Thank you for the tip!
